You only get the 6-core CPU and Dual 16-core Neural Engine in the 512GB iPad mini, since the 128GB and 256GB models run the A20 Pro with a 5-core CPU and a single 16-core Neural Engine. All three storage tiers share the same 7-core GPU.

The iPad mini costs $699 for 128GB, $799 for 256GB and $999 for 512GB on Wi-Fi. Nano-texture glass adds $100 on the 256GB and 512GB models, so the cheapest nano-texture iPad mini costs $899 and the 512GB version costs $1,099. Adding cellular costs $150 at every storage tier, and students and educators pay from $649.

Every tier has the same 8.5-inch OLED display and IP67 water and dust resistance. The screen runs at 60Hz, and Apple points to OLED pixel response, contrast and brightness instead of a 120Hz refresh rate. Sound comes from the Acoustic Display, which uses the screen itself to help produce audio.

For the extra $200, you get two more CPU cores and two more GPU cores. You also get four Thunderbolt 4 ports instead of two, and support for two external 6K displays where the 10-core model drives one.

Only the 12-core iMac with M6 offers nano-texture glass, and it also includes 2.5Gb Ethernet and a Magic Keyboard with Touch ID, which the 10-core iMac with M6 sells as options.

Both models start with 16GB of memory and 256GB of storage. You can configure the 12-core model with up to 32GB of memory and 2TB of storage, and the 10-core model stops at 24GB and 1TB.

The 24-inch 4.5K Retina display is identical on both models, and each has Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 6. Apple’s tests show up to 2x faster graphics than the previous iMac with M4.
