Jailbreak PlayStation 3 with iPhone 2G, iPhone 3G and iPod touch 1G

A few days ago we found out that you can jailbreak your PlayStation 3 using an Android Phone. And now PS Freedom has has been ported to iPhone. Hackers have not only managed to hack PS3 with an iPhone but it also works with the iPod touch. The hack works with outdated iOS devices such as the original iPod touch with iOS 3.1.2 in it and original iPhone and iPhone 3G.

Here are the few things that you would need to jailbreak PS3 with iPhone which are: VMware Player, Ubuntu 10.04, OpeniBoot, WinSCP, OpenSSH and a jailbroken iPhone/iPod Touch. The video below shows how to jailbreak your PS3 using an iPod Touch 1G using iOS 3.1.2 with OpeniBoot installed.
