Michael Arrington from TechCrunch did an interview with Steve Ballmer which gives a lot of insight on Microsoft’s strategy for 3 screens ( PC, TV, Mobile ) and the cloud. He also talks about Bing, Azure, Mesh, Natal, Windows Mobile, Zune HD, Xbox 360 etc. Ballmer also gives a very good reason why there is not going to be a Microsoft manufactured phone because they want to focus on the software and services which would be beneficial for them down the road, when every phone will be a smart phone.
