Telegram is a popular messaging app that offers rich communication features like stickers, emojis, audio, and video messaging, and more. And its Premium tier includes several exclusive features for users including 4GB file uploads, faster download speeds, exclusive stickers, and more for $4.99 per month.
Here is everything new on Telegram 9.1.0
The latest update of the messaging app brings the following new features:
- Topics in Groups groups with over 200 members can organize discussions into topics.
- Premium users can enjoy the new voice-to-text support to easily convert audio and video messages into text.
- Redesigned Night Mode adds more balance colors with improved blurring effects.
The update also includes the following improvements:
- New animation when you swipe left to reply.
- New menu with call options when tapping on phone numbers in user profiles.
- New placeholders when loading messages in groups and channels.
Recently, the app landed itself in hot water with Apple for testing new paid posts features on iOS with its own payment system. Since the company only allows payments through the App Store on iOS, Telegram discontinued the feature when it was made public.
Telegram Messenger is available on the App Store. It is compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch and requires iOS 11.0 or later.
