DeskConnect’s popular automation app ‘Workflow’ has been updated to version 1.5. The new update includes a redesigned workflow composer, 22 new actions (including support for Apple Music) and search for your workflows.
Workflow won the Apple Design Award in 2015, for it opens up the possibility to complete multiple complicated tasks on iOS by creating workflows such as synchronizing your meeting schedules, sharing music or photos on social media sites, creating GIFs from your photo library and much more through simple drag and drop actions.
The updated version 1.5, with new features, improvements and fixes, enables you to do a lot more than before. The new Workflow composer makes the creation and running of workflows more efficient. The new composer has been rebuilt using ComponentKit for faster performance and stability. The composer also has support for keyboard shortcuts for iPad users so you can quickly run or stop your workflow with a few keystrokes.
New actions include support for Apple Music, App Store, iTunes Store, Trello and Ulysses. Actions can be created to modify and create playlists using Apple Music or perform iTunes Store searches. When you get a large number of Workflows up and running, the new search bar makes it easy to go through your workflow collection quickly.
Other changes include increased performance when loading a workflow, better performance during drag and drop and more. You can see the complete list of updates here.

Workflow is available for $2.99 in the App Store. It requires iOS 8.0 and above and is compatible with iPhone, iPad, iPod touch and Apple Watch.
