Brendan Fraser joins cast of Apple TV+ new movie “Killers of the Flower Moon” by Martin Scorsese

Renowned actor Brandan Fraser has joined the star-studded cast of Apple TV+ upcoming movie “Killers of the Flower Moon”. The new movie is produced by filmmaker Martin Scorsese which is an adaption of David Grann’s non-fiction book by the same name and is written by Eric Roth.

In addition, Scorsese was signed by Apple TV+ for a multi-year deal to make exclusive movies and television shows. Scorsese is an influential member of the American film industry for contributions as a producer, director, actor, and screenwriter. He won the Academy Award for best director for ‘The Departed’. His movies encapsulate violence, crime, guilt, and the dark side of humanity.

Scorsese cast De Niro and DiCaprio in blockbusters like Taxi Driver, The Irishman, The Wolf of Wall Street, The Departed, and others. And this winning combination is now joined by Fraser. Deadline reports that;

Fraser will appear in Killers alongside Oscar winners Robert De Niro and Leonardo DiCaprio, Emmy nominated Jesse Plemons, and more. We hear that he will play lawyer WS Hamilton. Heartthrob Leonardo DiCaprio and legendary actor, Robert De Niro will star in the upcoming film.

Set in 1920s Oklahoma, Killers of the Flower Moon depicts the serial murder of members of the oil-wealthy Osage Nation, a string of brutal crimes that came to be known as the Reign of Terror.

Earlier, DiCaprio shared a picture from the set of the movie showing himself as Ernest Burkhart and co-star Lily Gladstone as Mollie Burkhart. “She’s an Osage married to Ernest, who is nephew of a powerful local rancher (De Niro). It first appeared in the local Osage News.”
