Apple has released tvOS 15.3 and HomePod Software Update 15.3 for all users. The updates are available for Apple TV HD and Apple TV 4K models, and HomePod models, respectively.
The company had previously released tvOS 15.2 with Apple Music Voice Plan, Photos and TV app updates, new Siri languages, and new screen savers. tvOS 15 was released earlier with Spatial Audio support for AirPods, HomePod speaker support, Fitness+ updates, redesigned video player, and a new “Shared with You” section in the TV app. tvOS 15.1 was the second major update and shipped with SharePlay support.
tvOS 15.3 final release
Apple has released tvOS 15.3 for Apple TV HD and 4K users. The update features Siri voice recognition support in English (India) and Italian (Italy).

Software version 15.3 adds Siri voice recognition support for up to six users in a home in English (India) and Italian (Italy). This update also includes performance and stability improvements.

Upgrade Apple TV to tvOS 15.3 beta
Unless you are a developer, you should stay away from the Apple TV developer beta as it is not easy to install. It requires the use of Xcode and connecting the Apple TV to a Mac. You also need a subscription to Apple Developer Center. If you are an enthusiast, you should wait for the public beta which can easily be installed by going to Apple TV settings.
